  Extremely poor customer service, so does their phone reps too though. If you don't look, talk and walk the same way they do, forget about enjoying your trip or service at all. I can't even stand giving this company one star.

  I called Williams/Sonoma to let them know that a Piccata Pan sauce they sell expires 9 days. It was bought there last weekend. Please be sure and check expiration dates before purchasing because the clerk casually said " don't worry it is good for 6 months". This item should have been reduced in price or not sold with a short shelf life. $17. is a lot to pay for a sauce about to expire. Surely they have policies to cover expiration dates.

  I'm gonna say straight away that I thoroughly dislike this store. Or more specifically I dislike the staff. I think Williams-Sonoma is a fantastic retailer. They are a great go-to place for anyone looking for high-end cookware, small appliances, and high-end kitchenwares. Its a gorgeous store with gorgeous things. Sure, stuff is expensive but things like All-Clad & Le Creuset don't come cheap. I will say however a large portion of the store is just flat out overpriced. The cookware & appliances are one thing, but trying to charge $300 for a cutting board or $150 for a set of mixing bowls is laughable. Its comical how pretentious the staff here are. They just ooze rudeness. I'm not going to discuss my bank account or income as they are irrelevant. Just trust when I say the employees will not give you the time of day unless you look well heeled. The final verdict is I will never purchase anything here. Yes, I can afford it but once again it's irrelevant. Training your staff to be aloof is one thing. Training them to have their noses in the air is quite another.

  Y'all are just a bunch of snobs, get over yourself! Don't like the product, price, customer service then don't shop there!!! SIMPLE AS THAT. I'm sure those customer service agents wish they could give you snobs a piece of their mind! You guys are horrible customers who think y'all are entitled that's all! I think they are a great company and wonderful customer service!
