  Most recently, the customer service dude refused me a receipt for a refund, which was less than I was supposed to receive, and told me it is "sometimes which with what it is (sic)." Likely didn't get a receipt beause he kept complaining about how to do the process to another associate, who complained about being there the entire time, while waiting for another person to come in only to half look at the process. They were confuses why the drawer opened, what buttons were what, etc. Someone who saw it happen told me what they thought had happened that made the refund incorrect. Would have done this much sooner, but three phone calls with four people saying five different things makes that tough. Photo Center pics are either way, WAY off color or ripped, with reps usually rude and worse. Pharmacist tech had managed to make two entire groups leave in fury and almost in tears (in addition to being rude to me, and then laughed about it.. His coworkers seemed to see this as a usual thing and just said sorry that's the way he is). There's one gentlemen there who checks people out that is usually kind and helpful (he wears pink glasses), and is the only reason why this gets even a two. If you want the appropriate items back, if you want people not to treat you like garbage, go to any other Walmart. It goes further and further downhill each week.
