  If only I was able to give no stars then I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I was at self checkout with my cousin and two kids so we were doing food first then iteams separately. So it seems my cousin was taking her time to order the iteams properly and all that and the lady that watches the self checkout was staring at us in a way that made us both uncomfortable. Also, she was like “ did you get the bleach “ and I personally was upset since we weren’t even finished at all whatsoever. We were barely even doing food and she expected us to be finish already and was rude when we mentioned that we weren’t finished. So we asked to speak to manager because the way she approached made me and my cousin uncomfortable, I work in customer service and “Lucretia” should’ve approached in a better manner that didn’t make it seem that she was discriminating us or making us feel like we purposely were trying to steal “bleach” out of our $125 worth food and other iteams. The manager was not at all understanding about our situation, basically mentioning she has the right to keep an eye, which is indeed true but that doesn’t mean she has the right to assume that we were stealing a $2 bleach when we weren’t even half finished with our iteams. Manager was basically making excuses for her employee which made it worse since the way her employee approached us was not properly.. I will be coming to back to this Walmart but I hope next time I don’t get a rude employee that will basically be breathing on my neck when I’m not close to finishing at self checkout.

  Management and employees go out of their way to help you. I actually drive out of my way just to go to this specific store. Plus the store is so clean! Wish I could give it more stars. Keep up the good work.
