The associate I worked with wa terrible Jenifer knew almost nothing (not surprising as it is Tmobile) and had to ask her manager and assistant for almost everything. The phone she sold me was not at all how she explained - - Because she couldn't explain the iPhone 7 I bought FROM HER STORE. Do NOT go to this store.
