Walked in to about two other people not being helped, making me third in line. Once one of the workers was finished helping a customer he picked someone next to help and a different worker said the other person had been waiting longer. He asked if they were checked in then another worker yelled “NO ONE IS” so he got everyone checked in. Once it was my turn I almost got scammed into a sales deal to upgrade my plan that was unneeded. I went to another AT&T store and got the help I needed without being scammed. Won’t be returning to this one.

I was in your store this morning to "trade in" my phone. I was the first one there, and the girl that approached me, asked what I needed (never cracking a smile). I said I needed to trade in my phone, that I had come in the night before, but needed to take my phone home to Back Up, but I was now back. She said you mean you need to "UPGRADE"? I said, yeah. As she turned to take us to a table, I heard her say, "Then why didn't you say that?" @$!@ I stopped dead in my tracks and said, "EXCUSE ME?!!!" She turned and said that trading and upgrading were two different things. I just told her I would go somewhere else, that I wasn't going to deal with ATTITUDE!!! I walked out and went to another ATT store. I will NEVER go back to that Penn Square store. I should have gotten her name, but I was trying to control my temper, and the best thing to do was just walk away! She needs to be FIRED! If I could give NO STARS, I would. This experience should have nothing positive about it!

Remember When AT&T was the only game in town? And they acted like it too. Now that they are no longer the 300 pound gorilla, they have cleaned up their act. They are now helpful and friendly, and courteous. But they are also extremely busy, so call I had for an appointment, or go online. Otherwise you will have to take a number when you get there and wait.
