  Horrible service. Not knowledgeable at all. Absolutely no help. Staff just standing around and very rude. Knew nothing about the service packages and basically shrugged me off. All I wanted was a screen protector. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

  Horrible staff. Came in, tons of staff standing around talking, I wasn’t greeted even after walking around the store of a while. Put on the waitlist and told a representative would be with me in a second, still waited even after seeing staff standing around but after they saw someone go on a list they all suddenly had something to do in the back. If you end up coming into contact with Melissa, just know she’s rude and talks to you like you’re beneath her. She was helping another guest with paying their bill, and the way she talked to that woman, was horrible.
