    I was ready to give up on AT&T until I found this store. Josh and Kylie fixed all the problems created by other employees from the off-shore call center. My frustrating story started about 10 days ago. I wanted to take advantage of the buy one/get one (BOGO) plan and spent over an hour on the phone with the call center. I was told I could do a BOGO with the new X, so I ordered the phones to be shipped. When I received the agreements via email, I noticed they were charging me full price for both. I immediately called back and canceled the order and requested a refund. After hours on the phone with ATT staff, who don’t know the plans or the products, I visited the store on Memorial to talk to someone in person. It was swamped and I waited an hour to talk to a representative. There is a bit of an attitude at that store, but we were able to figure out a BOGO plan that worked for me. As we were preparing to execute the paperwork, I was told they could not do it because I already had the x phones. The order was not canceled by the AT&T phone staff, even though I was assured it had been canceled. I was so angry and frustrated to have wasted so much time, especially as I am super busy with work and holiday preparations. More hour-long phone calls revealed that the original order had not been canceled and the phones were being shipped via ground (slow). I had to cancel a trip to wait on the phones. When the phones arrived, I returned to the store on Memorial to get the qualifying phones. I was told I’d have to wait another hour or could schedule an appointment for much later. Since I had other business close to the May Avenue location, I decided to go there and take my chances that it would not be so busy. I definitely made the right decision. I can’t say enough for the excellent customer service. All the staff members were friendly, kind, knowledgeable. and most important, efficient. I’d drive 50 miles out of my way to use this store. Note to AT&T— your phone Center is horrible. I heard many customers in the stores expressing frustration. I almost went to another provider because of this SNAFU. Kylie and Josh saved the day.
