  If you are looking for a professional company to do an install, and you do not have time to mess around with excuses and mistakes I would not choose Sound Advice Audio/Video. I hired these guys to do a stereo and LED screen Combo install in my living room. As far as the actuall install is concerned, not much of an issue there. One mistake was made (that I can't believe a professional audio installer was not aware of) but to this day has not been taken care of. However the evening that my install was complete I received a ridiculously perverted text message from Walter. Maybe he thought we were buddies, or sent it to the wrong number. I don't know. Regardless it was very unprofessional. Several weeks passed by and I called Chris about fixing the problem, and we agreed that it would be fixed on the next project, as I had a few I wanted them to do. Fast forward a few months to when I wanted the second project done. I called Walter 3 weeks in advance and told him that I was wanting a TV installed on my patio. He said no problem, so I tried to pinpoint a time. He told me that we didn't need to set a time because it would be no problem for him to be out there the Monday of my Vacation. Monday came around and Walter acted like we never had a date picked out and he was on a "Big commercial install" and couldn't be out for a few weeks. I immediately contacted Chris thru text message and he has completely played the issues off as no big deal. Not once have I received a follow up call or email from either of these guys. To me they do not seem to be a professional service, Or have the savvy to run a business. The second a customer service issue pops up they will handle cowardly.
