  Was ready to spend at least $300 for my daughter to get her first make over. I got stuck in traffic and tried to call (called 3 times) to say that I would be late. No one answered the phone and the voicemail was full. I arrived 12 mminute late and I spoke to one of the makeup artists to notify that I had arrived. He told someone that appeared to be a manager but who seemed to have an attitude so I walked up to her and asked if there was a problem. I was understanding at first but I saw the unprofessional attitudes of her speaking to the associate that may have been supposed yo help us. The possible manager repeatedly flashed her watch to the associate in a snooty way and looked at me like I was some hired help. I finaly realized that they had booked my appointment and I was fed up by that time. She was trying to apologize to the lady they gave my appointment to with a look on her face of disgust at the fact that I had arrived. I finally got angry and told her that it was fine and I took my daughter and walked out. I have never been so disgusted. I have been shopping here for a few years and I will no longer shop here anymore.
