  Selection was fine but the employees were downright rude like it was some kind of privilege to be shopping there. I can do without the attitudes. The reason you shop at smaller local stores is for customer service. I can get rudeness at Walmart.

  First time at this store and I'd give it 0 stars if allowed. Very dirty. Horrible customer service. I just needed 12 latex balloons. I asked how long the wait was and was told there was just one order ahead of me and she was currently working on it. Still had to wait over 30 minutes for balloons. Prices are not listed anywhere near where you pick them out but I assumed it would be comparable to Party City/Party Warehouse pricing. Very shocked to see my total was $26; ridiculous! Way overpriced! It was very windy outside and they stated they didn't have a bag for the balloons bc they were too expensive and normal trash bags would cause them to pop or something asinine. By the time I made it to my car, they were a useless, tangled mess. I called them and the woman on the phone was rude. I asked why the prices weren't posted anywhere. She said the prices are posted at the registers but usually they tell you how much they are at the balloon counter. They didn't. I explained to her that the balloons I had just purchased were a tangled mess. She said they should have told me I could move my car in front of the store. They didn't. Will not shop here again.
