- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 22, 2019, by A KiharaDidn't show up for the appointment. When I called to find out what happened he said he was in a meeting all morning. You would think he'd let me know that he wasn't going to make it. He then said he'd arrive between 12 and 12:30. Never showed!
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★July 16, 2019, by Clay CollumStephen is the Orkin man who comes to our home on a regular basis, and last night I called him directly because we found a fiddleback spider in a box next to my toddler son's bed. We know that we normally have to schedule service calls via the central number, but since the situation was alarming to us we didn't hesitate and called Stephen directly. He received the call kindly and agreed to come out to our home first thing this morning -- presumably prior to his already scheduled day. Stephen came out on time as always and sprayed our entire house. Thank you Stephen & Orkin for taking care of our family!
