  Horrible business practice !! They do not call before showing up. I just caught the guy in my yard. He obviously thought I was not home. When I came out he looked shocked. He was going to treat a small area out front and obviously bill us, even though he could not access backyard, because it's locked, and garage was closed. He said he worked late night before and could not give us the call yet he could have called this morning. This is not the first time this has happened. And after they treated before, we still had problems with pest. Today was it. They are not to be trusted
