  Worse gamestop in okc/edmond they never answer their phones and reserve their items for days on end so u can't never get what you want don't use the app to do any reserving bc u will never get it never going back to this gamestop again...probably should just stick with online buy at least they know how to work their inventory instead of a backasswards store.

  Terrible Experience. I am 28 and have been a lifelong Gamestop customer...not any more. I renewed my membership with them and in turn received a buy 2 used items and get 1 used item free coupon. I redeemed it buy paying for 2 $50 games and getting 1 $36 game free. I went to this location to return the $36 game for something else(you get 7 days to do so). The "team leader" was very rude and would not let me trade it in for any game that exceeded the $36..even though anything under $50 would've met the equal or lesser value standard. She informed me that I would have to pay the difference. Which is ridiculous to me considering they would not pay ME the difference if I chose a game under $36. Instead of even trying to be helpful by asking someone or picking up the phone, I was shrugged off with the "that's just the way it is" comment. Easy enough.....I returned all of the games and will be making my purchases and trade ins with Best Buy from now on.
