  Austin James - definitely not racist lol. You probably had Toms on and they didn’t think you were a serious buyer. I’m also assuming you’re white. I’m white and I’ve always interacted with the workers and they’re very helpful. Have a decent selection from UBs, NMDs, Jordan’s, AF1s, lots more.

  This is one of the few shoe stores at penn square mall where you can get good shoes. We visited on a pretty busy Sunday. We asked for a specific size and the gentleman told us that was PROBABLY the only pair they had (not our size) and he said he would check and make sure. So, we sit there waiting and realize this guy is just talking with a coworker. Never came back to let us know if they had it or not. Bad customer service. Regardless of if you’re business is busy or not, you should always acknowledge a customer. Easy fix.
