- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆July 30, 2020, by Derek OlsonThe sales people were very nice and knowledgeable, they have decent prices, and good carpet, however, the communication after I agreed to the estimate has been non-existent and very frustrating. I have had to call multiple times to get updates on the status, and even when the installers were over an hour and a half late there was no call to let me know. I again had to call them to get an update on the status.
