  They seem to be totally incompetent. Called in looking for tile (to price match home depot), gave them the brand name, color name, size, etc. "Do you have the style?" "No, but I saw it in there yesterday." "Well, I don't know, without the style I can't look it up." "It was on the rack." "Hang on." *Elapsed time 10 seconds* "Okay found it." "Good, I need the bullnose." "I don't know about that. They don't make a bullnose." "I'm literally looking at a bullnose version right now." "Oh... well I don't know." Seriously. The employees might just be retarded.
