  DO NOT GO HERE So I have talked to this company four times on the phone -they do not know there terminology -if you do not know computers they will talk fast and not use the proper terminology and assume you don’t know exactly what you are getting On the fourth phone call I was told I could have windows 10 installed for $149 and I was thrilled I was nervous on trying to install windows on my old gaming laptop so I was thrilled. I asked a lot of questions they couldn’t answer and than they stated if I wanted a OEM windows key I would have to pay a additional product key($100) so they were only creating a image and not a fully licensed Microsoft operating system. Than a service tech there said he would charge me only $49 for windows 7 operating SYSTEM fully installed and I thought what a good deal (because I was originally looking for a older operating system). Drove 25 miles on my very short lunch break. When I arrived same service tech said he quoted me incorrectly . The Operating system that I was told would be free would be $100 and another labor fee of $149 (that’s after double checking with the owner of the shop) so my $50 charged turned into a underquoted price of $249. Anytime I went to there shop to look around and get ideas I was followed around and stared at and treated like a criminal. The stores hardware is over priced. The Customer Service is terrible and the Techs do not know what they saying and cannot quote you properly (without the owners approval who is never there) do not go here and shop here or ever get any kind of service done. It is not that hard to be professional and be honest but this team cannot seem to grasp the idea thanks for wasting my time and my short lunch break. DO NOT GO HERE
