    I just got the system and Brian Dewberry was wonderful in explaining there system and let you pick what you felt needed .but it doesn’t stop there the young man Jeff Stewart was the sweetest and took so much time with me and my husband going over everything he put in and was the most polite young man.what a wonderful group of people you can ever have.so happy with them.good honest company ask for Brian Dewberry.

    I am only rating this a 1 star because of a recent even. I have had an alarm system with Central Security Group for about 5 years. All has been great and I loved the service. Recently, due to some family changes and what not, I have to cancel the service with them. I have been trying for about a month now to cancel and I have had no luck. I am never one to write reviews, so I am writing this in hopes that they will move the process more quickly. I have called your customer service and they've transferred me to people. They all say the same thing: "Why?" I have told you why and you still won't cancel. Also, plain and simple, I just don't want it anymore. I am paying for the service and I don't want to anymore. I have no contract so there should be no reason that you won't do as I request. The answer I get from you is to send an email. I have sent emails and it's been weeks and no response!! This is really frustrating because I am trying to get new things organized. I know this isn't great and that you are losing a customer, but aren't you supposed to put the customer first? No is no and I want to cancel. I had no problem with you until just now, but you have really disappointed me and any further recommendations I would've given.
