  the store manager at this location was very unhelpful and unkind... On two separate occasions I left the store frustrated and surprised at the way I was treated after having dealt with her for a simple issue. Neither were complicated visits and/or problems. It is a shame as all the other employees were extremely nice and clearing happy to be assisting. I would recommend going to the other location in Edmond if you have the option. I've always had a great experience there.

  Went to a store I use to love...very disappointed!!! My family and I went to buy 4 chair pads and 2 footstools. No one was anywhere to be found when we walked in. After about 5 minutes I found 2 employees talking. Then his radio went off and they just stared at me. So I went on down the aisle and found 2 more employees talking. After a minute they turned and asked me what I was looking for. I told them and they pointed to the front of the store and said the stools were up there. I went and looked. We could not find them. I asked another employee where they were and they said they did not have them, but they did finally point us in the right direction of the chair pads. I am in a walker, and after walking around the store twice I was exhausted...walking trying to find some help. I stayed up front and my husband and daughter went to find the chair pads. They brought 1 of each up front for me to look at. I selected the style I wanted and they went and got 3 more. The only person nice to us that was also so helpful was the cashier. She was an older lady and she deserves a raise! The rest need to be fired!!! I guess customer service is a thing of the past for Bed Bath and Beyond. They sure have lost my business, but maybe they no longer care. That was a horrible experience.
