It was going decent enough until the repair dude decided he was going to talk to me like I was one of his boys off the street...and apparently , the assistant manager agreed with how he chose to speak to me... maybe my small amount of money won't close the doors, but the way you treat your customers goes along way to whether I use your establishment or not...
