  Expected A LOT more.. I got my smiley piercing done here and the people at the reception were nice. My first problem was that over the phone I was told the total cost would be $40 for the piercing, jewelry and aftercare, but I ended up paying $60, which really took me by surprise. I didn’t have to wait too long, which was also nice. I have to say it was probably the most confusing and unprofessional piercing I ever had. The piercer didn’t talk to me at all really, didn’t tell me what he was gonna do or pretty much anything. After the piercing was done he said “Okay you’re done, bye!”. He didn’t tell me ANYTHING regarding aftercare for my piercing. I ended up walking back, asking him and asking for an aftercare pamphlet, which I’m pretty sure he should’ve given me anyway. So I went back to the reception and asked them about aftercare, and they were like “did your piercer talk to you at all?”. Not really. Even though on the phone they said aftercare was included in the price I had to ask for it. So all in all, I’m happy with the piercing but not happy with the service at all, they were not informative, which to me is the most important part of getting a piercing, and wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.
